Regular meetings of the consortium members are held to discuss progress and future work, with the venues rotating round the locations of the consortium members, as listed below.

Nov 2008 - Leuven: kick-off meeting

May 2009 - Hamburg: 6 month progress meeting

Sept 2009 - Berlin: 12 month progress meeting

April 2010 - London: 18 month progress meeting (cancelled owing to travel disruption by volcanic ash)

Sept/Oct 2010: 24 month progress meeting
